The Planning & Zoning Board’s primary function is to review building permit applications based on the city’s Zoning Regulations.

The board meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7 pm at City Hall.  Each board has a designated representative from the City Council serving as a liaison. 

Applications submitted are typically reviewed at the next scheduled meeting which is the 1st Wednesday of each month.  Applicants have the ability to appear before the board for discussion and feedback.
