Municipal Court

The City of Riley Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiction court, authorized by City Ordinance with jurisdiction to adjudicate violations of the City Code. Such violations can include but are not limited to: zoning, building codes, public nuisances, and more.

The City Council appointed Municipal judge presides over various different cases and ensures cases are adjudicated in a fair and impartial manner.

Court will be held as needed at City Hall on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm before the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.  Payments for fines are remitted to the City Clerk in the administration office.
